Just a quick note before I set off on one of my busiest weeks so far this year. I’m off to the airport to fly down to Exeter, where I’ll be tomorrow, and since there isn’t a flight back when I’ve finished, I’ll stay overnight and fly back first thing on Tuesday, to go straight to Stockport to run a customer service course. Then I’ll be straight from there to Cavalier, who make all our dvds, to finish editing a dvd we filmed last week. On Wednesday morning Caroline and I are both flying to London. I’m doing courses on Wednesday and Thursday, and on Wednesday we are both going to ‘15′, Jamie Oliver’s restaurant. We’ll fly back to Manchester on Thursday evening, and on Friday I’m working with Diane in Manchester on a team building day. I’ll be going from that straight to a hotel in Conwy, in North Wales, where I’ll be supporting a residential until Sunday afternoon. Quite a week…!
