On holiday in Barbados a couple of weeks ago, and went with another couple - Geoff and Rosemary - to Oistins Fish Market on Friday evening, where there are loads of stalls all doing fish fry ups - fantastic! One of the traditional dishes to accompany fish is rice and peas - so Rosemary asked [...]
How cool is this? I’m writing this from the Business Centre of the hotel we’re currently staying in - Tamarind Cove, on the West Coast of Barbados. It’s 2.30 pm local time, and I’m doing this because it’s a tropical rainstorm outside!!
