Yesterday Diane and I were with a client, and for some reason, we were talking about cocktails….?? Everyone nominated their favourite tipple, with the relevant ingredients (- no proportions given: as they say, “mix to taste”). I promised I’d put them on my blog, so here they are:

• Cheeky vimto (Rachel): port, blue wkd and vodka
• Snaky B (Rachel): cider, lager, blackcurrant
• Gin cocktail (Sam): gin, mint, lemon, elderflower cordial, tonic
• Margarita (Joanne): tequila, triple sec, lime, salt round the rim of a chilled glass
• Vodka martini (Teri): vodka, martini, shaken with crushed ice

I’ve just noticed they’re all females…..and the only other man present, when asked, said…..beer. If you have a favourite cocktail - and the more bizarre the ingredients the better - post me a note below.
