Working yesterday with a colleague.  She was telling me about a friend who’d had an operation, that required plastic surgery.  The surgeon had finished off the job leaving lots of red dots and a red ring on the tip.  I looked at my friend, really puzzled.  “You’re talking about a vasectomy?” I said.  “No, a mastectomy…!”  What a difference a letter makes….
