We’re holding a fun-filled day for all the family at Heald Green Village Hall (and grounds) on Saturday, 12 September.  Admission is £10 per adult - under 16s go free.  All money raised will go to David and Nathan’s Charity Bike ride from Vietnam to Cambodia in November.

PLEASE COME!!!!!

We’d love to see you there.  It starts at 11 am and finishes at 10 pm, but you can drop in anytime - you don’t have to be there all day.

The provisional programme is:

11 - 1.00:

• treasure hunt on foot round the village
• also car washing, games and quizzes; puzzle challenges

1.00 - 5.00:

• charity event: doing something for charity…all will be revealed at 1 pm!!
• also, games, car washing, quizzes, cake stall, and family barn dance (weather permitting)
• visit by GM Fire Brigade, with real fire engine!

5.00:

• charity auction: loads of goods and services - come prepared to get a bargain (also, we’d love any donations….).  This is THE main fund raiser for the day, so try to be there.  If you can’t and would like to bid by phone or email, let us know - 07976 654429

6.00:

• prize balloon release; more games, puzzles - and food!

7.00:

• family ‘pub’ quiz

7.30:

• live performance by ‘Harp and a Monkey’ accoustic folk group - different and very good!

• barn dancing

Please leave a note below if you’re coming, or phone 07976 654429 - we’d like to know for catering purposes.  There’s food and soft drink available all day (if you want something alcoholic, can you please bring your own).  Can you also let us know if you are bringing something to donate for the auction.  We’ll take anything, however small.  We’re going to put together ‘mystery boxes’ of smaller stuff, with a value on the lid, so small contributions like toiletries and foodstuff would be ideal.  Also if you want to bid for anything ‘remotely’, let us have your contact details (mobile or email) and we’ll send you a list and updates….and you can send your bid in in advance.

We’d really love to see you there, so please make it if you can. And if you can’t, but want to donate, please go to www.justgiving.com/teamnambodia, and you can make a donation there….the guys would really appreciate it.
