Reading: Just finished Le Carre’s ‘A Most Wanted Man’ - very readable and topical.

Watching: The Eagles last weekend - stupendous as ever.  On a smaller scale, been along to Manchester’s ‘Tapas Fantasticas’ - a weekend of Spanish rioja wine and tapas, sampled in Albert Square.  Really good - very well organised, and of course, great food and wine.  Also (as a bonus, and very enjoyable) some live entertainment throughout - this was ‘Carmen’, an excellent acoustic trio:

Listening: ‘Best Kept Secrets’ by world music band ‘Lamb’ - strange, definitely an acquired taste…more mainstream, ’21st Century Breakdown’ by Green Day.  Excellent.
